"@blockdagnetwork has blocked you. You can view public posts from @blockdagnetwork, but you are blocked from engaging with them. You also cannot follow or message @blockdagnetwork." That message appeared on the @blockdagmonitor X account on May 19, 2026. The verified BlockDAG Network account had blocked the BlockDAG Exposed investigation directly. The block is dated the same week we published four pieces of evidence the project did not respond to.

What we published in the seven days before the block

In order, by publication date:

  • May 14, 2026 — $213M Tether freeze: a Brazilian court ordered Tether to freeze $213 million in USDT across 48 wallets linked to Gurhan Kiziloz, BlockDAG's hidden founder, over alleged unpaid gambling taxes 2021 to 2024.
  • May 15, 2026 — May 15 casino postponed for the third time: Sparks users cannot withdraw winnings (460,000 minimum), admin dismisses the freeze as "not unique to BDAG."
  • May 18, 2026 — x10swap: a paid lottery dressed as a token swap: $40 entry fee per attempt, ~1 in 10 entries approved, fees not refunded. The 10x rate funded by other users' rejected entry fees.
  • May 19, 2026 — $0.0000003 sale and the 250,000-coin buyback cap: BlockDAG selling new BDAG at 99.9994% below the $0.05 promise. CEO confirmed on AMA the $0.001 buyback is capped at 250,000 coins per user. Maximum recovery: $250. Cap was never in the marketing. Miner sales also stopped. Batch 1 claims retracted.

Within hours of the May 19 publication, @blockdagnetwork blocked @blockdagmonitor.

The pattern this fits

This is not the first time BlockDAG has responded to documented criticism by silencing rather than answering. The historical pattern:

  • 2025 — ZachXBT blocked on X. On-chain investigator ZachXBT publicly identified Gurhan Kiziloz as BlockDAG's hidden co-founder and posted on-chain evidence the project received less than $100M, contradicting the $433M+ public claim. BlockDAG blocked ZachXBT shortly after.
  • March 5, 2026 — admin: "Any FUD will be removed with zero tolerance." The phrase appeared the day after launch and has been quoted in BlockDAG's own Telegram group throughout the year.
  • May 12, 2026 — our CoinMarketCap account banned. Reinstated after appeal. The content cited was independently verifiable. The pattern is consistent: critics removed, evidence remains.
  • May 12-13, 2026 — @blockdagnetwork disables all replies on its posts. Now no community member can publicly reply to any BlockDAG announcement on X.
  • May 19, 2026 — direct block of @blockdagmonitor. The latest escalation. The blockade is now per-account, not just per-post.

What changes

Nothing. The site stays online. The promise tracker keeps tracking. The 362,417 Telegram messages we have analyzed are still indexed. The new $0.0000003 sale, the 250,000 coin buyback cap, the miner sales stop, and the Batch 1 retraction are still on the site under article-buyback-cap.html. We will keep adding to the tracker.

We are blocked on the official X account. We are not blocked from publishing.

What this means for readers

BlockDAG's pattern is to call documented criticism "FUD" and remove the source. The pattern works as long as the source can be removed. The pattern stops working when the source is a website with public source citations on every page, an indexed promise tracker, and a community that mirrors and shares. That is the position we are in.

Three asks:

  • Bookmark blockdagexposed.com. If our X handle is blocked, the website is the canonical record.
  • Share the four investigation articles linked at the top of this page. Each one is independent of the others.
  • If you were materially affected — Batch 1 claim cancelled, x10swap entry fee not refunded, Sparks winnings stuck above the 460,000 minimum, miner ordered and not delivered — register on the petition page. Each registration is one named data point.

To BlockDAG, in case anyone there reads this

Block list size does not change the price chart. Block list size does not change the AMA transcript. Block list size does not change what is on the BlockDAG Telegram channel. The block is logged. The publication continues.
