At 18:37 UTC, 27 minutes later, the same official channel posted: "Casino will go live in 7 days." No URL was ever provided. No community member reported accessing a working casino.

The 27-minute contradiction

The 18:10 UTC post was titled "CASINO LIVE" and declared in bold text that the casino was "officially LIVE." It also claimed "$5M+ projected daily volume." The community immediately flooded the chat asking for the casino link. There was no link. No URL. No access instructions.

The community's response was immediate. Babouke wrote at 21:43 UTC: "Should I recall you wrote everywhere casino live 7 may, or something like BingX or Gate listing, or maybe something like no compression, or something like presale and discount sale will stop today? Here is just a few things that prove you just are liars."

What the "CASINO LIVE" announcement actually contained

The 18:10 UTC post announced four things simultaneously: the aftersale closing, a new 15% discount swap for one week, the X10Swap Telegram bot, and the casino launch. Of the four, only the aftersale closure was confirmed by follow-up admin messages. The other three were problematic in different ways.

The 15% discount swap directly replaced the aftersale as a token selling mechanism. A community member noted at 18:14 UTC: "So today's email came out stating the aftersale has ended BUT they are offering a 15% discount for 1 week — the neverending sale still continues."

The X10Swap Telegram bot (t.me/x10swapbot) invited users to submit BDAG in exchange for "enhanced USDT reward rates." The official description called it "a live event-based reward platform." Community members immediately identified it as another mechanism for the project to collect tokens from investors.

What community members found

Several community members on May 8 appear to have discovered something labeled as a casino on the BlockDAG website. The reactions were uniformly dismissive. One user wrote at 02:28 UTC: "So this crappy game is called casino? This is not casino this is a Nintendo game from 1980." Another wrote that it required paying 2.70 BDAG to bet. A third referred to it as "the launch of Casino counter" — a marketing countdown page rather than a working gambling product.

Second: The official blockdag.network website as of May 8 states that staking rewards are "currently active" on 7-day cycles. This directly contradicts 78 days of Telegram records showing staking broken, users unable to unstake, and admin responses stating only that "the team is working on it."

Third: The same website claims physical miner shipments are "scaling to 2,000 units weekly." No community member has reported receiving a miner. The pattern

The "CASINO LIVE" false announcement follows the same structure as the exchange listing announcements. Toobit was declared a confirmed listing. Toobit publicly posted on X that they would not list BDAG. The BingX listing was confirmed "in final stage." BingX never listed. The Gate.io listing was confirmed. Gate.io never listed.

In each case, the announcement created a moment of excitement, questions went unanswered, and a new date appeared. The casino is now the latest entry in this sequence.
